Research Interests
Based on the intersection of synthetic chemistry and synthetic biology, our research group is committed to the development of inorganic functional materials and the construction of microbial cell factories, and combines them to create a new type of inorganic-biological hybrid system to solve challenging scientific research problems (e.g., recycling of waste plastics and semi-artificial photosynthesis), and expand new research directions (e.g., rare-earth metal enzyme chemistry).
