科研领域及兴趣
本课题组致力于探索和构建新颖的分子识别体系,发展实时、在线的荧光分析方法,为生命科学研究、临床检验、环境监测和食品安全监控提供高效的分析测量手段。目前的主要研究方向:
- 核酸酶与核酸相互作用的分子机理研究;
- 活细胞的不同亚细胞区室内核酸修复蛋白的原位荧光成像和结构解析;
- 基因损伤、基因突变、多重微生物基因序列的超高灵敏检测;
- 多聚蛋白分子印迹识别材料的制备方法和应用。
